A great show with a brilliant selection of comedians! This weekend saw Donte Barrett, Clayton Thomas, Allan Cunningham and Roy Wood Jr taking to the stage and keeping the crowd roaring with laughter from start
to finish! Hosted by the wonderful, beautiful and immaculately dressed Aida Rodriguez, the topics ranged from anatomy to auto nightmares and did wellto keep the Asian heckler (eventually just nicknamed 'Asia') at a reasonable volume!
The show started with a warm up from Aida, giving us her unique and hilarious view on life and
love, suggesting that the key to true happiness is a nice Jewish lad
with a house. Her knack for keeping the crowd engaged and involved in the humor kept the energy pumping right through to the final punchline of the night.
A challenge for the comedians came in the form of the guy sat to the left of
the stage who's only laugh came out somewhere towards
the end of the night. It was during AC's set that he let out a
funny freudian slip... twice! This finally had the man of stone laughing, after several attempts of Donte and Clayton. Also making an appearance was the lady with the loudest whisper and the birthday girl in the almost birthday-suit dress!
The highlight of the night, however, was unanimous; Mr Wood Jr's impression of a police radio got an encore several times.
